Fortune favors the brave!

Have you ever felt stuck in a difficult situation? What should we do at such a point? I have heard this incredible story several times. It taught me a valuable lesson. Do you want to know? Namaste and welcome to 'A piece of my learnings'.
A man is traveling to his native place. He has to cross a forest to reach his destination. While traveling on foot, he comes across a wide river and a waterfall following that. The man takes a break and has his lunch. He finishes his lunch and decides to take a quick nap before continuing his journey.
Shortly, he wakes up because of a roar. To his utter shock, he notices a tiger standing a few feet away. He quickly gets up and slowly starts backing up towards the river. The man does not know how to swim. That is why he is afraid of falling into the river. The man is now in a pickle with a tiger in front and a waterfall in the back.
At that moment, he hears a faint sound coming from the bottom of the waterfall.
"Jump in the river, and you will survive."
The man ponders, "If I stay here or try to run, the tiger will kill me. I do not know if I will survive after jumping into the waterfall. I am afraid of water. But there is a chance I can survive. I must overcome my fear and take that leap of faith for it. Should I do it?"
As the tiger is about to leap onto him, he quickly jumps into the waterfall. The man does not realize it when he reaches the bottom of the waterfall and starts moving his arms and legs to avoid drowning. At that moment, a hand appears. The man quickly grabs the hand of a person and swims to the bank of the river.
The man thanks the person who saves his life.
The other person says, "Getting you out of the river was easy, but what you did requires courage. I have been living in this forest for years, and I have seen a lot of people waiting for God or luck to save them from the wild animals. They are not ready to take that leap of faith. That is how a lot of people die."
We all have heard this phrase, 'God helps those who help themselves.' Yet, we do not take action when we have to get out of a difficult situation. If we are ready to take that leap of faith, then the universe will help us out in some way.
Fortune favors the brave
We all have insecurities that are crouching towards us slowly. One way to deal with it is to keep running from them. The other way is to step up, face the situation head-on and take some sort of action to overcome them.
